Jeff Cohen is ACE’s VP of Operations. He has graduated from Northern Arizona with a BS in Environmental Sciences and a minor in Biology. He has gone on achieve his MBA and has over 20 years of experience in the Construction and Emergency Restoration industry. Mr. Cohen is an industry leader pioneering Thermal Imaging technology and other cutting edge technologies in Arizona and participates regularly on industry committees and discussion boards.
Heather O'Loughlin- Director of Business

Heather O’Loughlin had graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a degree in English/Communications. She has worked for some of the Largest Restaurant chains in the as a General Manager for over 10 years and had developed a Strong back ground in Customer Service and Customer Relations. Heather started her career with ACE Restoration Services in 2003 as the companies customer relations manager. Since then; the substantial growth of ACE, the development of the employee programs, and working to guarantee the financial stability of the organization has rested on her shoulders as the business Manager.
David Segal- Vice President of Sales and Marketing

David Segal has been a marketing and sales professional for the past 20 years. After finishing his studies at New Hampshire College, he embarked on his career in the telecommunication industry with Sprint Communications. This opportunity enabled him to relocate from Boston to Phoenix, Arizona. David has been involved in the costruction market and is a certified Telecommunications Engineer. He has worked on projects for such comapnies, from Intel to well known municipalities such as Maricopa County. His most noticeable position was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for AZSites.com, an award winning Web design and marketing firm, based in Tempe, Arizona. There, Mr. Segal lead a campaign that was responsible for identifying possible business clients and while evaluating their current Internet Presence and Performance, providing high-end web hosting technology, different levels of e-commerce, and custom and front-end web design solutions.

Emil Ecklor has been involved in the Water Damage Industry since 2000. He holds certifications in Advanced Mold Remediation, Mold Supervisors Training Courses, Advanced Water Mitigation, Fire, Odor Neutralization, Reconstruction, Homicide Clean up, HazMat.and OSHA. He is responsable for the overall productivity and customer on-site satisfaction of the organization.
